ABOUT JOANNE

You have many options for admissions consulting.

Finding the right fit is key.

who is joanne

JoAnne Goldberg first began helping students with applications while still a high school student herself. Later, as a student in the MBA program at Stanford, she interviewed the director of admissions and wrote a feature article about him for the school newspaper, the Reporter. Though her career took her in another direction, her fascination with the admissions process remained undiminished. When she was offered the opportunity to work in the MBA admissions office at Stanford, she took it without hesitation. In her five years at Stanford, she reviewed thousands of applications, led information sessions for prospective students, wrote for the admissions blog, helped develop each year’s application and assess the results of each application cycle, and organized the school’s first-ever recruitment event for women, XX Factor, attended by 150 women from all over the United States.

Realizing that she most enjoyed the individual applicant interactions, JoAnne decided that to transition into admissions consulting. For the last ten years she has been working with applicants from all over the world, facilitating their admission into MBA, other business master’s degrees, and PhD programs, primarily in the United States. Her students have been accepted at Stanford, Harvard, Wharton (including Lauder), Sloan (including LGO) Booth, Kellogg, Haas, Tuck, Columbia, Yale SOM, Cornell Johnson, Darden, Ross, Fuqua, UCLA Anderson, USC Marshall, and other top schools. Many still keep in touch

She has been interviewed or quoted by publications including US News and World Report, the Wall Street Journal, and Poets & Quants.
